Billing is monthly and based on the number of users who accept an invite during the billing period.
Do you offer annual plans?
Not at this stage. JMP is offered on a monthly basis to keep onboarding simple.
Can we invite unlimited users?
Yes. You can invite as many users as required. Only accepted invites are billable.
Is this suitable for large or regulated organisations?
Yes. TetraSense is built with tenant isolation, auditability, and controlled rollout in mind. Many organisations use the evaluation environment for internal review before formal adoption.
Do you support global organisations?
Yes. We support AUD, USD, and EUR billing, and default to USD for other regions.
