- No. Stripe captures your card so the same account carries through if you convert, but no charge is made during the 14 days. Monthly billing begins on day 15 based on accepted user invites.
- What happens after the 14 days?
- Your subscription becomes active and you are billed monthly based on accepted user invites. You can downgrade or cancel at any time.
- What data do you collect?
- Organisation name, primary domain, admin email, and billing details via Stripe. Standard product analytics inside the platform once you start using it.
- Can I keep my data if I cancel?
- Yes. Data export is available at any time during your subscription.
- Who runs the prize draw?

- Eligibility
- Open to anyone who launches a TetraSense 14-day evaluation via tetrasense.au/amrs during the entry window.
- Entry is automatic on completing Stripe Checkout. Card details are required; no charge is made during the 14-day evaluation.
- One entry per company domain (auto-enforced by the onboarding flow).
- Submitting the “Email me the link to evaluate later” form does not itself constitute an entry; the evaluation must be launched within the entry window.
- Winner must hold an active TetraSense subscription on the draw date.
- Winner notified by email to the admin address provided during onboarding.
