At the summit we walked through the Journey Management Planner (JMP), the first capability in the TetraSense platform — journey planning, intelligent check-ins, escalation, and the manager dashboard.
Common questions
- Will I be charged during the 14-day evaluation?
- No. Stripe captures your card so the same account carries through if you convert, but no charge is made during the 14 days. Monthly billing begins on day 15 based on accepted user invites.
- What happens after the 14 days?
- You will receive an email 7 days prior to your subscription becoming active with the option to automatically cancel. If no cancellation is received and the 14 days elapse, your subscription becomes active and you are billed monthly based on accepted user invites. You can downgrade or cancel at any time.
- What data do you collect?
- Organisation name, primary domain, admin email, and billing details via Stripe. Standard product analytics inside the platform once you start using it.
- Can I keep my data if I cancel?
- Yes. Data export is available at any time during your subscription.
- Who ran the prize draw?
- TetraSense, built and operated by Tesaroche. The AMR Safety Summit was not the promoter or administrator of this draw.

- Eligibility
- Open to anyone who launches a TetraSense 14-day evaluation via tetrasense.au/amrs during the entry window.
- Entry is automatic on completing Stripe Checkout. Card details are required; no charge is made during the 14-day evaluation.
- One entry per company domain (auto-enforced by the onboarding flow).
- Submitting the “Email me the link to evaluate later” form does not itself constitute an entry; the evaluation must be launched within the entry window.
- Entrants must commence a 14-day evaluation during the promotion period. The winner must not have cancelled their evaluation or account prior to the draw date.
- Winner notified via the email address provided during onboarding.
